Coastal Young Professionals is excited to host Dr. Alan Patterson as he guides us through ways to create a professional development roadmap, maintain motivation, and build credibility and influence. Dr. Patterson will share knowledge from his more than three decades of experience in change management, leadership development, and coaching, and will provide participants the opportunity for self-assessment and collaborative discussions.

About the presenter: Dr. Alan M. Patterson has more than three decades of international consulting experience in change management, leadership development and executive coaching. In 2006 he formed Mentoré, a consulting practice that focuses on aligning strategy, organizational structure, job responsibilities and skill sets to major shifts in business. His expertise has been tapped by many global and national businesses and organizations, including: Anheuser-Busch Companies, LLC, Biogen, Cadence Design Systems, Inc., Federal Reserve Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett-Packard, Major League Baseball,
Merck & Co., Inc., SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc., Shire, and the United States Navy.
Dr. Patterson has been a featured speaker, workshop leader and expert resource for the American Institute for CPAs (AICPA) and The Business Learning Institute, and has given presentations to several young professional organizations in the state. He has also served as adjunct faculty in the executive MBA programs at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and the graduate schools at Bryant University and Lesley University.
