It’s time to take control of your life! Learn how meditation can assist you with re-energizing your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. In this course, you will learn the science of meditation and how to diffuse stressful situations to create a positive and healthy future. You will also explore meditative techniques and concepts that assist the meditative process, such as chakras, subtle energies, brain waves, mudras, journaling, and essential oils. Evenings will conclude with a guided meditation. This class meets Mondays from Sept 12-Sept 26
