Assists the head cook with all food service operations of camp including purchasing, preparation, nutrition, record keeping and sanitation. Responsible for the supervision and operation of camp food service when head cook is away.
Minimum age of 18 years old.
Must obtain or willing to obtain certification in First Aid/CPR/AED.
Must have a diverse skill set and be able to adapt to minute-by-minute situations.
Previous food and kitchen experience; preferred.
Have a genuine liking, interest and experience with working with children.
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently as well as on a team and handle several projects at the same time.
