As the Baker for the Production, you will be responsible for:
Preparing all baked foods necessary for service to the demonstrated culinary standards, producing all quantities according to banquet, restaurant and outlet orders.
Gaining a working knowledge of the ordering checklists in the kitchen, ordering according to established pars, assisting in monthly inventory taking when necessary.
Insuring all foods are prepared within proper food temperatures.
Having a working knowledge of all equipment.
Demonstrating team work within your group and beyond, providing a service to our guests through other departments.
Working knowledge of baking terms
Basic knowledge of baking preparations
Have a high school diploma and or a reading speaking and written fluency in English
Entry level position, no professional schooling is required
