As the Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for:
Supervising banquet staff during assigned banquet functions.
Supervising the set-up and breakdown of all functions.
Following all instructions stated on the Banquet Event Order.
Remaining on the banquet floor at all times except when necessary to perform the required administrative duties.
Continually train banquet staff on service techniques.
Supervising Set-Up staff and Bartenders.
High school diploma
Food Service experience
Supervisory experience of high end banquet and catering functions a mustHours will be flexible, working both weekdays and weekends with days and nights.
