As the Class Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring proper set up of all guest areas prior to event.
Following the daily set up checklist provided.
Assisting the Chef with food preparation and demonstrations.
Ensuring quality in all that you do to include food preparation, guest service and interaction.
Cleaning and re-setting the guests area for the following day.
Ordering and Inventory Control
Ensuring that foods prepared do not fall in the temperature danger zone, 40°-140° during storage, preparation or service. Sanitize all cutting boards and utensils after fabricating any raw meat, fish or poultry products. Maintain personal hygiene in hand washing to prevent cross contamination.
Cleaning work area after each event and practice safe food handling techniques.
Demonstrating teamwork within your work group and beyond, providing 5 star services to our internal & external guests.
Have a knowledge of culinary terms
Have a knowledge of culinary techniques
Must speak fluent in English
