As a Dishwasher for Cucina, you will be responsible for:
- Filling dish machines, checking chemical levels of machine, filling silverware soak station, taking out wet garbage, boxes and recyclables.
- Washing dishes, glassware, pots and pans and returning to proper staging areas.
- Cleaning and sanitizing assigned work areas and kitchen equipment.
- Utilizing custodial equipment and cleaning products.
- Completing additional tasks as requested by chefs on an as need basis.
- Candidates must show professionalism, efficiency, and dedication
- Candidates should have the ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift
- Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds
The position of Steward is casual and the qualified candidate will be available to work up to 29 hours per week including days, nights, weekends
