As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Providing prompt, courteous and professional guest service in the functions of registration, guest departure, cashiering, reservations and information.
Providing follow-up regarding guest concerns from stay, and providing recovery as needed.
Maintaining a cohesive relationship with all front of house staff.
Maintaining the smooth operation of each shift at the front desk and initiate programs and policies to ensure guest patronage.
Monitoring staff to ensure all guest contact is handled in a courteous and professional manner.
Overseeing front desk operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager during both AM and PM hours as needed.
Applicant should have a 4-year college degree, and/or at least 3 years’ experience in a
hotel/resort, or customer service atmosphere with 1-2 years of supervisory
