As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for:
Cleaning the front doors, mopping the lobby, stairwell and vending areas.
Emptying outside garbage, maid’s room, and front desk and manager’s garbage.
Collecting dirty glasses from maid’s carts.
Removing dirty laundry from maids cart and put into bins.
Putting away clean linen on maids room shelves.
Responding to pages in a timely manner.
Cleaning public restrooms—toilets, sinks, floor, as well as restocking supplies.
Cleaning break room restrooms, floor, tables, counters.
Re-stocking room attendant caddies with shampoo, conditioner, etc.
Ordering laundry for next day’s cleaning.
Documenting all duties completed on check list.
Maintaining cleanliness of maids room floors, shelves.
The ability to work independently with professionalism while maintaining a focus on quality and customer service
Prior hotel/lodging experience preferred
Candidates should also have the ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift, as well as lift or move up to 50 pounds
This position requires bending and twisting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions at times
This is a casual position, working up to an average of 29 hours per week. Weekends are required.
