As the Turndown Attendant you will be responsible for:
Ensuring all the needed supplies are on the turndown cart-all terry, chocolates, glasses, amenities and other miscellaneous supplies.
Reviewing assignment sheets for any VIP’s, or special requests.
Complying with all DND, refusals, and entering guest room procedures.
Complying with all AAA five diamond standards, as well as other turndown procedures in the bedroom and bathroom areas of the guestrooms.
Replenishing used glasses, towels, guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.)
Wiping out wet tubs, sinks, showers, used ashtrays, counters, and floors.
Properly folding back the comforter and turn down the sheets, neatly.
Turning off those lights not designated as turndown lights, ceiling fans, and televisions. Turn on those lights designated for turndown service.
Emptying all wastebaskets.
Accommodating guests’ requests for time of service
Removing all garbage and dirty linen in the laundry area.
Performing any other duties upon request.
The ability to work independently with professionalism while maintaining a focus on quality and customer service
Candidates should also have the ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift, as well as lift or move up to 50 pounds
This position requires bending and twisting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions at times
Additional skills sought include high attention to detail, positive personal interactions skills, and the ability to work on and complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion.
This is a casual position working up to an average of 29 hours per week.
