DESCRIPTION:for the first Focal Point of the Year.\n\nWe'll hear from John Donovan - Business Advisor with CloverNord Management Consulting\, as he speaks on "Developing Modern Leaders".\n\nDigital technology and modern business models are market disrupters\, but much of today's workforce looks\, thinks and acts just as differently and this challenges today's leaders. While traditional leadership is still important\, modern competencies need to be added to every leader's portfolio. Successful leaders have substance\, they aren't just a collection of desirable traits.  Leadership may be the most important skill in the business world and because of that\, it's also one of the hardest to source. How can you develop your own modern leaders to bring your company to the next level?\n\n\n\nDear Participant\,\n\nOn behalf of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce Staff and our Board of Director?s\, we would like to thank you for your participation in the upcoming Focal Point. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday\, July 15th at the Chamber Building.\n\nThe spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) remains a concern across the globe. As always\, the health and safety of everyone who will be attending the Focal Point is of vital importance.\n\nOut of an abundance of caution and in the interest of public safety\, we ask that you re-consider attending the Focal Point if you or anyone in your household has:\n\nFlu-like symptoms.\n\nA confirmed case of coronavirus or has been notified by medical or public health personnel that you are being assessed or monitored for the virus\;\n\nBeen advised by medical or public health authorities that you are at increased risk of exposure to coronavirus and should self-monitor or self-quarantine\;\n\nTraveled in the past 14 days to any Warning Level 3 or Level 2 location listed on the CDC COVID-19 Travel Notices webpage.\n\nWe will have sanitary stations throughout the facility for your safety and protection. These precautions are being put in place to ensure that you and all of our participants stay healthy.\n\nWe will see you on July 15th.
