Her coursework brought her as far as the country of Ecuador where she discovered her passion to promote food security as an entry point to break the poverty cycle. In between schooling she spent time interning with Sheboygan's Department of Public Health as well as the SCIO Farmers Market. Now that she has officially moved back to the Sheboygan area\, she is grateful to be able to use her knowledge and Sheboygan connections with like-minded people to give back to the city she grew up in through her role as Communications and Development Coordinator at Sheboygan County Food Bank.\n\nLauren has a deep belief that health care and hunger relief organizations are natural allies that need to work together to create healthy communities. She is currently a proud member of the Sheboygan Activity and Nutrition Coalition under Healthy Sheboygan County 2020. She also enjoys writing newspaper articles for the Healthy Sheboygan County 2020 column.\n\nIn her spare time\, Lauren loves volunteering at St. Dominic's free Emmaus meals\, hiking\, running\, and hanging out with family.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBrent Neevel\n\n\n\nBrent Neevel is the owner of Sheboygan Fit Body Boot Camp. Brent's search for\n\nanswers to his own struggles in health and fitness and his desire to help people\n\nled him into the world of personal training. Years later his\n\nthen-girlfriend needed a change of scenery forcing Brent to step outside his\n\ncomfort zone and start his own business in a brand new community and\n\nSheboygan Fit Body Boot Camp was born. Fit Body Boot Camp specializes in\n\nsafe\, effective workouts that challenge you at your fitness level every time. The\n\nworkouts are short\, fun and combine strength training and cardiovascular\n\ntraining in just 30 minutes. In addition to fitness\, Brent enjoys reading\, traveling\n\nand just hanging out with his wife.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGrecia Hernandez\n\nGrecia J. Hernandez is the Chair of Coastal Young Professionals\n\nNetwork. In her leadership role she works closely with the Coastal\n\nCommittee members and the Chamber liaison\, to ensure that the\n\nmission and vision are being met by being proactive\, consistent and\n\nplanning strategically. Grecia's primary goal is to ensure that through\n\nCoastal\, YPs are able to develop professionally\, engage socially and\n\nhave the opportunity to become involved in their community.\n\nGrecia was raised in Sheboygan and graduated from Sheboygan\n\nSouth High. She is currently employed at Rockline Industries and is\n\na part of the HR/Training Department. In her current role as the\n\nOperations Support Resource\, she is responsible for developing\,\n\nimplementing and coordinating training to support high performance\n\noperating teams. Her primary goal is to ensure associates are\n\ntrained to perform their jobs safely\, effectively and in compliance.\n\nShe continues to seek out ways to improve processes in relation to\n\ntraining while still being a leadership resource to associates.
