DESCRIPTION:Please join us for coffee\, donuts an intimate conversation with Sam Clark\, entrepreneur and owner of The Sign Shop of Sheboygan.\n\n\n\nThere will be a panel discussion with our guest\, interviewed by Coastal Food-for-Thought program lead\, Terry Stevenson\, followed by Q&A with the audience.\n\n\n\nAbout Sam:\n\nSam Clark has enjoyed art since childhood. Art has always been a means for Sam to express himself\, enjoying the freedom to create something totally unique. His educational background\, which focused on fine arts and 2-dimensional design\, led him to a career in graphic design. Today\, he has over 13 years of experience in graphic design\, printing\, and production. \n\n\n\nIn 2010 Sam founded Radical Design Solutions\, LLC\, and began working as an independent graphic designer full time. In November of 2013\, looking to expand his entrepreneurial endeavors\, he began working at The Sign Shop of Sheboygan\, with the plan to acquire ownership from owner Bill Greinke\, who was looking to retire and sell the business. In March of 2016 Sam became owner of The Sign Shop of Sheboygan. Along with acquiring the business\, he purchased a building and moved the business to its current location at 1020 Michigan Avenue. \n\n\n\nIn 2017\, Sam received the Coastal Young Professional Entrepreneur of the Year Award\, and the Sign Shop of Sheboygan placed 2nd in the print category of "The Best of Sheboygan" awards. The Sign Shop most recently received the distinct honor of being nominated for 2018 Service Organization of the Year by The Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce.
