DESCRIPTION:Join us for an intimate conversation with our nonprofit panel of Executive Directors: Donna Wendlandt from the Sheboygan YMCA\, Tom Malmstadt from the United Way of Sheboygan County\, and Denis Wittstock from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sheboygan County as they talk about leadership and share advice with young professionals. \n\n\n\nBegin your morning with breakfast at Fresh Meals on Wheels of Sheboygan County Inc.\, followed by a panel discussion with our guests\, interviewed by Coastal Chair Grecia Fiallos\, and Q&A with the audience. \n\n\n\nThis series gives young professionals an opportunity to hear from influential leaders throughout Sheboygan County. We are happy to introduce our first Nonprofit Day. \n\n\n\n\n\nOur Panel: \n\n\n\nTom Malmstadt\n\nTom Malmstadt is the Executive Director of the United Way of Sheboygan County.  Prior to taking that position\, he spent ten years as a district administrator in Random Lake and thirteen years as a principal\, five in Plymouth\, three in Kohler and five in Random Lake.  Tom also served the students of Random Lake as a guidance counselor for four years\, and the students of Prairie Farm as a technology education teacher for six years.  He has also served as a varsity football\, wrestling and basketball coach.  Tom is a member of the Random Lake Education Foundation\, served as the co-chair of the Business Education Partnership committee\, currently still a member and serves on the Healthy Sheboygan County 2020 Leadership Council.  Tom is married to his wife Lori of 35 years and has a son Justin and daughter Alicia.    \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDenise Wittstock\n\nA native of the Sheboygan area\, Denise Wittstock joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sheboygan County in May 2017\, as Executive Director.  She served as the Manager of Volunteer Services and Animal Assisted Therapy at Phoenix Children's Hospital for more than six years prior to returned to Sheboygan in late 2016. She had been living in the Phoenix area since the late 1990's. Throughout her 20+ year career\, Denise has been actively involved with international marketing\, sports & nonprofits\, particularly youth services\, including projects at Graystock Marketing\, a marketing & public relations firm and Outside the Game\, a consulting firm focused on educating & guiding professional athletes with their philanthropic efforts both agencies that she founded.  She partners her unique experience in marketing with a Masters in Nonprofit Management and Leadership to enhance her wealth of expertise and impact in her role.
