Harbor Centre BID office is located at 621 S. 8th Street\, Sheboygan\, Wisconsin 53081. Entries can also be uploaded using the provided QR code. Each proof of purchase sent in equals one entry into the drawing. No limit to number of entries. No purchase necessary to enter any Harbor Centre BID contest. Qualifying purchases must be made from any business in the Harbor Centre BID area (map) from November 10 through November 15\, 2025. Drawing to be held Tuesday\, November 25\, 2025.\n\n \n\nOne grand prize of a $250.00 shopping spree will be awarded.
