We'll explore providing sound customer service from the viewpoints of retail\, manufacturing\, service\, contracting and even the web.\n\n\n\nOur speaker\, Jerry Baltus\, is a business and entrepreneur advisor leading an advisory team at Huberty CPAs and Trusted Advisors.  His focus is on helping business owners to build stronger\, more profitable businesses that provide value to their lives today\, as well as build value that they can harvest at retirement.\n\n \n\nFrom December 2007 until October 2017\, he owned and operated his own business coaching practice\, specializing in coaching small and mid-sized businesses to help their owners realize their dreams of success. From September 1993 to June 1997\, he served as vice president of sales for Polar Ware Company\, a stainless steel deep stamping business serving the food service and medical equipment industries. In 1997\, he became executive vice president\, and was responsible for all day-to-day operations until September 2006. Prior to 1993\, he held positions in various functions for Kohler Co.\, including accounting\, international sales and marketing. Mr. Baltus graduated from University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire cum laude with a degree in accounting. \n\n \n\nJerry and his wife\, Betsy\, live in Plymouth\, WI\, near their two married children and six grandchildren. He is active in the Plymouth and Sheboygan Chambers of Commerce\, Plymouth Lions\, BNI\, and is an avid bicyclist\, logging over 2\,000 miles annually.
