DESCRIPTION:A peer-to-peer roundtable specifically for HR Managers and open to members of Sheboygan County Chamber and members of Sheboygan Area SHRM.  Here is a testimonial from a Chamber member HR Manager\,\n\n \n\nHR roles often require the manager to work independently\, tackle a range of specialties\, maintain legal compliance and act as organization's PR rep\, confidante and cheerleader.  This is a challenging role.  Thanks to The Sheboygan Chamber of Commerce's HR roundtable\, local HR managers have a source for expertise and support.\n\n \n\nI've attending the roundtables for years.  Each session is different\, since the agenda is attendee-driven.  If you have an issue that you need help with\, the other HR professionals help identify solutions and offer ideas.  The two-hours sessions fly by and I always leave having learned something valuable.\n\n \n\nJohn Rogers is a dedicated and dependable facilitator who ensures questions gets answers and everyone has a chance to contribute.  He's rolled with this year's changes and holds the roundtable sessions on Zoom.
