However\, over the past 18 months\, I've become more closely involved with two Roundtables- one focused on HR and another on Workplace Wellness. Both of those Roundtables provide psychologically safe environments in which questions are asked\, advice given\, emotions shared\, and ideas generated. John Rogers does a fantastic job of facilitating and connecting professionals for a variety of reasons- including those in the realms of both HR and Workplace Wellness. The Roundtables are included in a Chamber membership\, and I'd encourage everyone to check them out at least once! \n\n \nEvery year it seems that HR Managers are faced with new programs and regulations.
