A local viewing of the comedy/drama\, Painting Jane\, about an accomplished artist and art professor from Portland\, Ore.\, named Jane (played by Katie O&rsquo\;Regan) who discovers unconditional love in a dramatic coming-home story with her aging parents and estranged sister. Jane&rsquo\;s mother has dementia\, her father has early stages of it\, and she doesn&rsquo\;t know what to do because the parents don&rsquo\;t want to go to a nursing home. &ldquo\;So many people are going through this\,&rdquo\; O&rsquo\;Regan said. &ldquo\;So many people are dealing with aging parents. What do you do? &hellip\; (The movie) sounds depressing\, but it&rsquo\;s not. There&rsquo\;re \;funny parts in it.&rdquo\; Katie O'\;Regan\, director and performer in the movie\, owns a home in Sheboygan where parts of the movie were filmed. Clips were also filmed at the Ozaukee County Courthouse\, and in her hometown in Minnesota. Katie will provide a &lsquo\;talk back&rsquo\; Q&\;A after the show in the theater. Come and listen to her experiences in life and profession. Her off-Broadway play\, now made into a movie\, premiered in Los Angeles last year\, soon to be released on Amazon Prime.
