Visit the vendor booths and don't forget to buy a piece of our famous made from scratch TORTE!   \n\n\n\nThere's something for everyone at this year's RCS Art Show and Community Craft Fair\, and it's all for a great cause! \n\n\n\nRCS Empowers\, Inc. is a private not-for-profit organization whose mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and special needs so they may work\, live and function with dignity and respect.
