Brian Parsley is recognized as an international speaker and executive coach. He is also the author of InspHIREd: how to hire\, inspire and retain loyal employees. Brian believes that human capital is the hidden opportunity to build profitable organizations. He has used his expertise to coach leaders from around the world how to build loyal customers\, loyal employees and increase profits.\n\n \n\n \n\n In addition\, the conference will include two extended classes on Arc Flash (1/2 day course\, CEU's) and Active Shooter (2 hours).
