DESCRIPTION:Presented by\n\n  \n \n\nLakeshore Technical College\n\nWednesday\, June 4 - Golf outing & Reception\n\nThursday\, June 5 - Conference  \n\nThe Sheboygan County Chamber?s Safety Council announces its 18th Annual Safety Conference to be held on Thursday\, June 5 at Lakeshore Technical College.\n\n\n\nFull Conference Brochure\n\n \n\nThis year?s conference will feature Cory Bouck\, Director of Organizational Development at Johnsonville.  The best leaders begin their journey by developing strong followership skills.  Find out how the four secret skills for expanding your influence will affect your role as a safety leader.\n\n \n\nIn addition\, the conference will include three extended classes on Electrical/Machine Safety and Safe Automation (3 hrs.)\, Comorbidity (2 hrs.) and How to create an effective workplace violence and intervention program (2 hrs.).   There will also be 5 breakout sessions times that include topics targeted at safety\, environmental and human resources such as OSHA update\, safety & lean\, workforce planning & the millennials\, drug use in the workplace and stand up for comfort. \n\n\n\nJoin us on Wednesday\, June 4 for a pre-conference golf outing and reception.  A 10 am shotgun start for a round of golf at Sheboygan Town & Country will kickoff the conference with options for 18- or 9-holes.  The evening will conclude with a welcome reception at Blue Harbor Resort and Spa sponsored by ATI Worksite Solutions.
