DESCRIPTION:Please join us Friday\, November 13\, 2020 at 6:30pm for Shine On\, a Virtual Holiday Festival presented by RCS Empowers\, Inc. Join us by registering for our FREE online program highlighting the amazing stories of RCS participants. Not only will you learn about the impact that RCS Empowers makes in the lives of those they serve and our community\, you will be awed with musical entertainment. All free to you\, with your registration!\n\nThis year\, your sponsorship and donations are even more critical because of the impact of the Covid19 pandemic. Over 225 people with disabilities and special needs who previously attended engaging programming at RCS\, have been home and\, consequently\, much more isolated. Early on\, RCS created and launched a Phase I virtual service called "RCS Connects". RCS Connects provides opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in virtual learning\, job coaching\, and support services. It also allows them to connect with their friends and co-workers\, as well as provide the social network they need to feel safe and supported. Our goal is to continue to enhance this virtual program as well as create and redevelop both onsite and remote services to meet the needs of our participants and their families.
