Begin your morning with an intimate breakfast at Vollrath, followed by an interview with Paul Bartelt by Coastal Leadership Team Member Emily Rendall-Araujo, and Q&A with the audience.
Paul Bartelt is currently the CEO and President of the Vollrath Company LLC a 144 year-old global company supplying products to the commercial foodservice, retail foodservice, industrial component and industrial cleaning industries. Over the past 9 years Vollrath has tripled in size through significantly expanding both its product lines and global reach. Prior to Vollrath, Paul held a variety of leadership positions at the Kohler Company and John Deere with the last being President of the Engines Business at Kohler. Paul has a B.S. and M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
Paul is passionate about giving back to the community and has been involved in a wide span of activities including leadership roles in the Family Resource Center, Boys and Girls Club, Lakeshore Technical College Foundation, Youth Sailing, Nourish, Boy Scouts, FIRST Robotics and most recently the Red Raider Manufacturing Project in cooperation with the Sheboygan Area School District.
Paul has been happily married for 27 years to his wife Beth and had two children, Katie (19) and Noah (16). They currently reside on a hobby farm in progress outside of Sheboygan Falls, WI. When not on the farm he spends as much time possible sailing on Lake Michigan.
