This year’s conference will feature Brian Parsley, president of We Skill. Brian Parsley is recognized as an international speaker and executive coach. He is also the author of InspHIREd: how to hire, inspire and retain loyal employees. Brian believes that human capital is the hidden opportunity to build profitable organizations. He has used his expertise to coach leaders from around the world how to build loyal customers, loyal employees and increase profits.
In addition, the conference will include two extended classes on Arc Flash (1/2 day course, CEU’s) and Active Shooter (2 hours). There will also be 5 breakout sessions times that include topics targeted at safety, environmental and human resources such as GHS, OSHA update, industrial hygiene, WI DNR regulations update, keeping materials out of landfills, Measuring safety, aging workers and many more.
