SUMMARY:FOCAL POINT: : How to Teach Employees to Get Along and How Employees Getting Along Impacts the Work Climate with Charlie Krebs
DESCRIPTION:Let's create a system for actually teaching employees to get along. It involves how we perceive\, broadcast and listen. It involves the tone and nonverbals we use. It is in how we interact with everyone else around us. It is about how to newly perceive\, broadcast\, listen\, intonate and interact to create a work environment which encourages instead of depletes our energy. What if work actually created energy instead of spent it? This presentation will reveal a system of analyzing interaction skills and the wavelengths on which we use them to identify ways employees can newly interact to create more positive climate in which everyone works.\n\n\n\n\n\nCharlie Krebs-\n\nHe is keynote speaker who spent his career teaching theatre and communication. He has a bachelor's and two master's degrees in theatre. He is a playwright who has studied human behavior. He is a tenured professor at Lakeland University where he has taught classes in public speaking\, interpersonal communication\, team communication\, business communication and a variety of performance related fields. He grew up in Western New York and his trip to Wisconsin found him studying and teaching in North Carolina\, Kentucky\, Louisiana\, Georgia\, Michigan and Illinois. He is also a business man who started a firm called Communication Arts which can be found at CharlesEKrebs.com.
