Job Description

Summary of Position:
This position provides administrative support for the Corporate Real Estate department.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all tenants
  • Communicate with Contractors and Vendors on schedules and follow up to confirm work completion as directed
  • Prepare tenant memos and correspondences regarding upcoming projects
  • Contact tenants regarding upcoming lease expiration
  • Receive, log and respond to incoming service requests
  • Dispatch proper vendors for minor service requests as directed
  • Maintain Service Contracts in electronic & paper files
  • Maintain Tenant & Property files
  • Create, file and track any tenant/leasing related documents
  • Input tenant information into software program
  • Help with bid documents and obtain bids as directed
  • Assist with the execution and filing of all department documents
  • Assist with the execution and filing of all lease documents

Minimum Requirements:
Education:HS/GED required

 

Experience/Qualifications

  • Professional Licenses / Certifications: No Licenses or Certifications Requested
  • Vehicle: No Vehicle Requested
  • Exemplary communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong Knowledge on the use of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
  • Organizational Skills
  • Be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task
