Wisconsin Dealer Services (WDS), an Employee Owned Company, has an excellent opportunity for a WDS Product Specialist to aid the Van Horn Auto Group’s VP of Finance and Insurance Operations in supporting all Van Horn locations. As a Finance Product Specialist, you will find the perfect opportunity to learn a different and exciting side of the Auto Industry that will develop you into a Management role inside the Van Horn Organization.

The WDS Product Specialist will work under the direction of the VP of Finance and Insurance in the following areas and more:

 

Product Specialist - Level 1 Duties

  • On-site Salesperson Duties
  • Onboarding and Training
  • Funding Action items/CIT Maintenance
  • Reporting and Tracking
  • WDS Learning Portal Maintenance
  • Develop Sales (Variable and Fixed) Competencies
  • Develop Variable Management Competencies
  • Software Support 

 

Product Specialist - Level 2 Duties

  • Level 1 Responsibilities/Delegation
  • Lender Management 
  • Planning and Goal setting Compliance Maintenance 
  • Process Implementations and Reinstallations 

 

Lead Product Specialist - Level 3 Duties

  • Level 2 Responsibilities/Delegation
  • Opportunity Isolations 
  • Dealership Maintenance 
  • On-site management fill in duties 
  • Scheduling Assistance 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Sales or Finance experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Some day and overnight travel required
