HOURS/JOB CATEGORY:

• Part-time Seasonal Position
• May-September 2021
• Afternoon hours ranging from 12:00pm - 6:00pm each day
• Approximate 30 hours each week

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will insure a clean, attractive, well-maintained and repaired facility. Perform various maintenance responsibilities as well as lawn mowing and cleaning.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be age 16 & older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., routinely climb stairs and ladders with special emphasis on cleaning.
