Job Description
Responsible for the collection of and accurate input into the Imaginera ERP system of customer specifications for customer orders, as well as with the approvals necessary to begin orders. Throughout this order entry process, and indeed throughout the order fulfillment process, the CSR will have active, facilitative communications with the customer, the sales organization and other internal Company functions.
Required Qualifications: 
Associates Degree in business related discipline 
Proficient in computers - Excel, Word and Outlook 
Minimum of 3 years work experience in customer service field 
Self-starter, high level of urgency and team oriented. 
Excellent verbal and written communications 
Preferred Qualifications: 
Experience in graphic arts/paperboard packaging 
Experience with Imaginera Customer Service Program
