This position serves as the primary contact for dual enrolled students to assist in the development and delivery of services in academic support, advising, and career exploration. Responsible for building and sustaining relationships with LTC district high schools, specifically with students taking LTC dual credit classes to support academic success. Responsible for case management and support of students by building relationships, maintaining contact, and transitioning students into LTC programs or external transfer. Provide assessment and guidance to students through career development activities and work collaboratively with Admissions Advisors and Academic Support staff to identify and address barriers impeding completion with the goal of improving student performance through target interventions.
