Provide in-person and virtualized support, training, and academic success coaching to students for academic and technology support in our LMS (Blackboard), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Crush IT/Quick Bytes, and serve as back-up to the Help Desk Tickets as part of the Academic Support & Tutoring team. Conduct, track student referral, and targeted online student follow up and participation. Create and maintain partnerships with appropriate staff and faculty to maximize access and utilization of services and provide study sessions to meet student needs. Services provided increase student learning engagement and accelerate learning. May travel to other locations to deliver services.
