As a Mortgage Lending Manager, you lead the mortgage origination team toward achieving our company lending goals. Your example of living our mission, vision, and values is what sets you apart in our organization. You build a talented team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new loan officers. We have you to thank for delivering an excellent service experience to our members by managing your personal and team production. You provide direction, coaching, and strong leadership to your team, inspiring them to maximize market opportunity in terms of loan production, profitability, and quality. Holding yourself and your team to the highest standards, you adhere to credit union policies and procedures as well as ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

You enjoy interacting with members and your colleagues each day. One of your favorite aspects of your job is developing a quality network of business relationships that serve as a source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. You stay abreast of market and industry changes to assist in maintaining competitive practices and efficient processes for our credit union.   • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of mortgage lending experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Ability to comply with government and other regulations affecting the credit union industry including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and The USA Patriot Act
  • Leadership skills
