Life Enrichment Aide
Life enrichment aides assist with creating, organizing, and implementing activities for residents according to resident needs, interest, and abilities. Life enrichment aides are expected to motivate residents to participate in planned activities to increase socialization and participation.
Attend and participate in required training, conducted at time of hire and/or annually, that will include training designed to assure resident safety: i.e. fire safety, missing resident, evacuations, disaster response, etc.
Candidates must be committed to improving the quality of life of those we serve and demonstrate a genuine interest in developing life enrichment programs for the populations we serve. Candidates must be personable, enthusiastic, resourceful and able to work well in a team environment that is resident-centered.
