We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chef to operate our kitchen. 8th Street Ale Haus restaurant offers a gastro-pub menu in our brewpub along with 31 tap beers.  Our brewery produces over 20 different beers and we are looking for trendy food selections for our restaurant and soon to open tap room.  The qualified candidate will also be responsible for food preparation for our banquet facility.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
  • Managing a kitchen
  • Setting menus and food pricing
  • Ordering and monitoring supplies
  • Scheduling staff
  •  
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
