Job brief
We are looking for a professional Lead Line Chef to be an integral part in our food service operation. The successful candidate will employ their culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our clientele’s satisfaction. Candidates should be a self-motivated, self-directed and experienced Sous Chef that will help provide a premier dining & food experience to our members and their guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate and motivated with a team player mentality. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to multi-task is required; including being able to work well with our FOH, Dining Room Manager & Banquets Team. Strong food knowledge and systems experience, with an ability to lead a team, is critical. Excellent people management and communication skills are essential with experience with ala carte dining, private events, and catering. 


  • Help in the design, preparation, and production of all food menus
  • Produce high quality plates both in design and taste for all dining and events
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a professional manner that meets our quality standards
  • Assist for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
  • Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
  • Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining excellent professional standards and procedures
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Culinary Arts degree or certification; or a minimum of three years culinary experience at the Line Chef level or equivalent in a fine or casual dining establishment
