The Osthoff Resort is a AAA Four Diamond Resort located just 20 minutes east of Fond du Lac or 20 minutes west of Sheboygan, and is easily accessible off of Highway 23. The resort offers 240 all-suite accommodations, 38,000 square feet of function space, three restaurants and a lounge, a destination spa, culinary school, several special events throughout the year, indoor pool, fitness facilities, two outdoor pools and a beautiful lakefront featuring recreational activities and rentals and 500 feet of beachfront. The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced, service-focused individual to join our team as a Line Cook in our Osthoff kitchens! Our Line Cooks are responsible for slicing, chopping, grilling, searing, and plating food items. Other responsibilities included are stocking, organizing work stations, and maintaining a smooth flow of service during high-volume dining times. Qualified candidates must have at least one year of food service experience and strong knife skills. Also, strong communication and organizational skills are strongly desired. An ideal individual would have, or be seeking a culinary degree, and have a flexible schedule with day, evening and weekend availability.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced Chefs. As well as, gain experience from seven different venues offering fine dinning, casual and on-site catering events.
