Prevea Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus is now open (by appointment only)

Sheboygan – The Prevea Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus, One University Drive, is now open.
 
Appointments are required for the Prevea Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus, and appointment availability is dependent on available vaccine supply that is provided by Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
 
Currently, frontline health care personnel, residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, police and fire personnel and adults ages 65 and over are eligible for vaccination through Prevea.
 
Prevea encourages patients and members of the public to create a MyPrevea account at myprevea.com as this is where vaccine scheduling is available. You do not have to be a Prevea patient to sign up for a MyPrevea account or to receive a vaccine at Prevea community vaccination location. Please note: The Prevea Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic in Sheboygan was previously located at Prevea Health’s hospital partner, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital. That site is now closed with the opening of the clinic at UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus, which allows more space for community vaccination efforts. The clinic, located at One University Drive, is most easily accessed via the UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus entrance at Taylor Drive and University Ave.
 
Prevea Health also currently operates community COVID-19 vaccination clinics at UW-Green Bay in Green Bay; at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls; and at Jacob’s Well Church in Chippewa Falls. Again, appointments are required at all locations and appointment availability is dependent on available vaccine supply provided by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
