Elkhart Lake — The Center for Exceptional Leadership (CEL) at St. Norbert College, in partnership with Employ Humanity, presents a three-part series featuring Bill Marklein, founder of Employ Humanity, and Angela Marshalek, director of services at the CEL.

A new model is taking shape for effective leadership in the 21st century – one centered around reflection, innovation and inspiration. "Leaders exhibiting a higher level of emotional intelligence and an enhanced sense of self awareness are needed now more than ever," said Dean Stewart, Executive Director for The Center for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert College.
