Complete Water, Inc. is a family oriented business focuses on bringing you the very best in water conditioning.

Complete Water, Inc., formerly Shaver Water Conditioning, Inc. was started by John Shaver in 1981. Before owning his own water conditioning business, John worked for about 10 years selling water softeners for August ''Augie'' Machtig, owner of Sheboygan Water Conditioners.

In 1990 John sold the business to his son Larry who owned and operated it with his wife Jane until 2003 when they sold the business to Jason Eiring. Around this time Jason and Augie developed a business relationship that lasted until Augie's passing in 2007.

Shortly later, Jason purchased Sheboygan Water Conditioners and moved its operations to Hingham. In 2008 Jason changed the name from Shaver Water Conditioning, Inc. to Complete Water, Inc. Jason remains the current owner and operator.

In December 2017, Jason moved into a brand new facility in Waldo.
