To help fill those openings with qualified candidates, Lakeshore Technical College will begin offering nursing assistant program instruction in August in the newly constructed 1,440 square foot learning lab at its 600 York St., Manitowoc, campus. On Saturday, July 16, we had a fundraiser for Truman, a little 6-year old boy fighting cancer. This is only year one of his battle, and unfortunately, he has two more years of medications and extended costs to cover. This was one of the first efforts to help his family offset some of those costs.
