Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer reserved to the manufacturing environment. We will explore concerns of using AI in business, including perceptions and effects on employees and the public. We will learn legal responses to concerns, including EEOC Guidance and best practices to ensure HR and legal compliance before deploying new technology.
