Vice President of Marketing and Fan Engagement, Green Bay Packers
Gabrielle Dow, possessor of 29 years of diverse experience across professional sports, entertainment, and venues, is in her 10th year as the Packers’ vice president of marketing and fan engagement.
Dow, who was named to the position on May 12, 2014, oversees the Packers’ retail operations, digital and broadcast, marketing, brand engagement, business research and analytics, and game presentation.
In her nine years with the Packers, Dow and her team have enhanced the gameday experience with a variety of new elements in Lambeau Field, including pyrotechnics and a revamped music selection, along with “Get Loud Lambeau,” a fan-engagement campaign that encourages game attendees to support and energize the players and coaches. Last season, Dow and the team updated Lambeau Field’s Tundravision LED boards by doubling the main video board to 220 feet and expanding each 50-yard line scoreboard. The team also upgraded to 4k video and replaced all audio speakers and amps in the stadium. In 2022, Dow and her team introduced new player introduction set pieces with side LED screens. Dow also introduced a new fan-spirit initiative, “Green and Gold Friday,” enhancing the fan tradition of wearing Packers colors and gear to work, school, and in the community each Friday to ramp up support and enthusiasm for the team. Additionally, Dow and her team led the Packers’ “100 Seasons” celebration of the team’s rich history, which included the club’s 100th season in 2018 and was capped by the franchise’s 100th birthday on Aug. 11, 2019.

Division of Continuing Education & Community Engagement - University of Wisconsin-Green Bay
Jess Lambrecht, she/her/hers, serves as the Executive Officer for Division of Continuing Education & Community Engagement at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She has been with the organization since December 2021 and has been in higher education and business development for almost 20 years. She is focused on supporting business and organizational needs and ensuring accessibility of learning throughout an individual’s life. The division annually serves more than 80,000 learners through certificates, trainings, seminars, and membership offerings. The division is also the 2nd largest continuing education unit in the state.
Through these programs, Jess helps to strengthen the skills and qualifications of community members based on the changing needs of the region. The team is driven to upskill, reskill, and train the workforce across a 16-county region!
Jess holds a Masters Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from UW -River Falls. She was raised in St. Paul, MN as a Viking’s fan, but quickly converted her support when she married a Packer’s fan. She lives on a dairy farm in Kewaunee County with her husband and four children.
