Lessons of Leadership
When it comes to leadership, there are a lot of lessons to be learned. In fact, it’s a lifelong learning opportunity! Join us as Susan Finco shares her story and lessons learned in leadership roles as the owner of a national award-winning public relations firm, as Lead Director and Vice President of the Green Bay Packers Board of Directors and as a former broadcast journalist. She is also an Athena Award recipient from the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce.
Susan Finco is owner and president of Leonard & Finco Public Relations, a national, award-winning public relations firm with clients throughout North America. The firm specializes in issues management, media (traditional, online, digital and social), reputation/brand-building and crisis management.
She is a sought-after speaker who is active in her profession and the community, serving on boards including Society Insurance, First Business Bank, Bellin Health and the Green Bay Packers, where she is the Lead Director and Vice President of the Board.
Prior to co-founding Leonard and Finco Public Relations, Susan had a successful career as a broadcast journalist.
ATHENA Leadership Awards Luncheon - Emcee
Nichola Stayer-Suprick grew up in England, moved to the US in 1992, and became a citizen of the US in 2018. She graduated from Lincoln College, UK in Business and Finance. She worked in London in administration for 5 years and during this time met her husband, Michael. Michael & Nichola have twin boys, who are sophomores at college.
She has worked in administration, owned her own manufacturing business with her husband, served 6 years on the Board for non-profit organization, Safe Harbor, 6 years as a community volunteer for Sheboygan Service Club, 10 years on the Men Who Cook for Safe Harbor fundraising committee, currently serving on the Sheboygan Food Bank Board, where she also volunteers her time for the Food For Thought - Backpack program, and helps organize the Coats for Kids program for the Salvation Army. She enjoys golf, pickle ball, biking, and playing bridge in her spare time.
