Join us for a high-impact day centered on meaningful connections, workforce engagement, and community visibility. This event brings together motivated job seekers, students, newcomers, and community members who are ready to explore opportunities and build their future in Sheboygan County.
By attending, you’ll have the opportunity to meet employers face-to-face, explore current openings, and be part of a shared effort to grow opportunity, connection, and a strong sense of community across our region.
Whether you're actively job searching, exploring career changes, relocating to the area, or simply curious about what opportunities exist locally, this event is designed to help you take the next step.

11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Resume Support & Career Guidance
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Receive one-on-one resume feedback, career guidance, and job search support from local professionals and workforce partners.
Workshops will be offered in 2–3 rotating sessions throughout the morning to help accommodate walk-ins and allow attendees to join at any time.
Student Opportunities
Students are encouraged to attend and connect directly with employers, explore internships, and career pathways. Whether preparing for a first job, internship, or future career move, this is a great opportunity to build connections and confidence.
Newcomer & Networking Event
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Continue the conversations beyond the career fair during our relaxed networking and newcomer gathering. Meet employers, professionals, educators, and fellow community members in a welcoming atmosphere designed to help people connect and feel at home in Sheboygan County.
A cash bar will be available, light appetizers will be provided, and guests are invited to enjoy a bonfire on the beach, weather permitting.
