As companies compete for talent today, it is essential for them to focus on retaining employees and promoting from within as the most cost-effective solution to a leadership succession plan. Preparing high potential women for promotion is essential to this goal.
Dale Carnegie, who has been developing leaders for over 100 years, has developed a very specific program for future women leaders. This program is specifically designed to develop women leaders who are innovative, who can solve problems, work across disciplines, and get outside of their silos to achieve organizational results. Participants will have the opportunity to share and learn from their peers and discuss in complete confidence challenges they may be facing both personally and professionally as Woman Leaders in a round table setting.
At the end of the program, participants will become confident leaders, allowing them to be positioned for more complex jobs. Participants will communicate with authority and build meaningful and impactful relationships that drive business results.
