Tim Robbins is an Academy Award-winning actor, director, and writer whose career spans film, television, and theater. Best known for his iconic role as Andy Dufresne in The Shawshank Redemption, Robbins has also delivered acclaimed performances in Mystic River, The Player, and Bull Durham. As a director, his credits include the Oscar-nominated Dead Man Walking. A graduate of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television, Robbins is the founder of The Actors’ Gang, a Los Angeles-based theater company known for its bold, socially conscious productions. Tonya Mosley is an Emmy and Edward R. Murrow Award-winning journalist, talk show host, and documentarian. She currently co-hosts NPR’s Fresh Air and is the creator of the Webby Award-winning podcast Truth Be Told. A Detroit native and University of Missouri graduate, Mosley has reported for outlets including Al Jazeera America, KUOW, and KQED, where she served as Silicon Valley bureau chief. Her work explores race, identity, and social justice. A 2015 John S. Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford, Mosley is also the creator of She Has A Name, an acclaimed audio documentary.
