FIRST FRIDAY FORUM with Eric Sandvig

Join us as we hear from the Director WPL Generation Operations, Plant Manager Edgewater and Columbia Generating Stations Eric Sandvig. He will be talking about Alliant Energy’s Clean Energy Blueprint, the transition from coal to renewable energy sources, and the plans for the Edgewater Generating Station
Eric has been the Plant Manager at Edgewater since 2010. He was previously a manager at Alliant Energy Facilities: Prairie Creek (Cedar Rapids IA), Emery (Mason City IA), Lansing (Lansing IA)
Started with WP&L in 1990.  Multiple roles in Engineering working at power plants in Beloit, Cassville, Portage, Sheboygan. He is originally from La Crosse WI and holds a BS-Mechanical Engineering UW-Platteville and an MBA – University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium
