We all know the importance of health and having a healthy lifestyle, but with so many pressures on the time of your average executive, how can you introduce new elements and embed the healthy habits we know we need into our lives? This session addresses that problem. Specifically, we will:
discuss four life hacks, simple tricks, that will facilitate this process. We will detail each of the four hacks and then come up with ways to use them.
take a look at the habit cycle, the science behind habits, and see what clues this can give us in breaking unhealthy habits and forming healthy habits.
