This isn't just a workshop, it's your pathway to earning a Board Member Certificate of Completion, equipping you to contribute meaningfully and confidently to any board.

This 5-session boot camp runs from May through June on every other Friday from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, with the following dates and topics:

• May 1st - Introduction to Board Service

• May 15th - Governance & Strategic Oversight

• May 29th - Financial Responsibilities 
  • ​Paul Kuplic - Senior Vice President, Oostburg State Bank & Board Member, Sheboygan County Chamber 
  • Wyatt Kuether - President & CEO, The Production Farm
• June 12th - Building Relationships and Advocacy
  • ​Karin Kirchmeier - CEO, Partners 4 Community Development
• June 26th - Effective Board Meeting and Leadership
  • ​Panel Members: Cate Tinker (Above & Beyond Children's Museum), TBD

The cost is $150, and we encourage employers to cover this investment to support the professional growth of their employees. Lunch will be provided at each session to ensure an enjoyable and engaging experience.
